Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PlayRange. This Return & Refund Policy explains the requirements and procedures that apply when requesting a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund.

Please review this policy before making a purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.


1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is delivered.

  • Photographs or video when reporting damage, defects, missing parts, or an incorrect item

Submitting a return request does not automatically approve the return. Please wait for written return instructions before sending any product.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product should be:

  • Unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received
  • Returned with its original packaging when reasonably available
  • Returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and components
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
  • Shipped according to the return instructions provided by PlayRange

Customers may open packaging and reasonably inspect a product. However, products showing excessive use, avoidable damage, missing components, unauthorized modification, or improper handling may not qualify for a full refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


3. Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned

The following products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow the supplied instructions
  • Products returned with essential parts or accessories missing

This section does not apply when a product is defective, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise covered by rights available under applicable law.


4. Return Authorization and Instructions

Before returning a product, you must contact PlayRange and receive return instructions.

If the return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return authorization or written confirmation
  • The applicable return address
  • Packaging and shipping instructions
  • Additional information needed to process the return

Do not return products to an address shown on the original shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so. The original shipment location may not be the correct returns facility.

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed, rejected, or returned to the sender when permitted by law.

Approved returns should normally be shipped within 7 days after receiving the return instructions. Contact us before this period expires if additional time is required.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-Mind Returns

When a return is requested because the customer no longer wants the product, ordered the wrong item, selected an incorrect size or variation, or otherwise changed their mind, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

When we verify that a product was:

  • Incorrectly shipped
  • Damaged before or during delivery
  • Defective upon receipt
  • Missing essential parts

PlayRange may provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, send replacement parts, provide a replacement product, or issue an appropriate refund.

Please do not independently purchase expedited or unusually expensive return shipping unless PlayRange has approved the cost in writing.


6. Return Shipping Responsibility

When the customer arranges return shipping, the customer is responsible for correctly packaging and shipping the product to the return address provided.

PlayRange is not responsible for a return that is lost before reaching the designated returns facility when the customer selected and arranged the shipping service. For this reason, a trackable service is strongly recommended.

When PlayRange provides a prepaid return label, the customer must use that label and follow the accompanying instructions.

This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.


7. Inspection of Returned Products

After a returned product is delivered to the designated returns facility, it will be inspected to confirm:

  • The identity of the returned product
  • Its condition
  • Whether all required parts are included
  • Whether it meets the applicable return requirements

We will notify you after the return has been reviewed.

A returned product that is materially used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, substituted, or different from the product originally purchased may be denied a refund or may qualify for a reduced refund, where permitted by law.

No reduction will be made solely because packaging was opened for reasonable inspection.


8. Refunds

When a refund is approved:

  • The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method
  • We will initiate the refund after completing the return review
  • You will receive confirmation when the refund has been submitted

After PlayRange submits the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the amount to your account. Processing times commonly vary by payment provider.

Please contact us if the refund does not appear after the time stated by your payment provider.


9. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for an approved change-of-mind return.

Original shipping charges will be refunded when required by applicable law or when the refund results from:

  • An incorrect product shipped by PlayRange
  • A verified defect or shipping damage
  • An order that was not shipped and is fully canceled
  • Another error attributable to PlayRange

When only part of an order is returned, shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by an error attributable to PlayRange.


10. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when relevant
  • Photographs of any damaged or missing components

Do not discard the product, packaging, or included parts until we have reviewed the claim and provided instructions.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, PlayRange may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Another appropriate resolution

The requested photographs and notification period help us investigate shipping and product issues promptly. They do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.


11. Exchanges and Replacements

PlayRange does not generally process direct exchanges for preference changes, such as selecting a different product, style, color, or model.

For a preference-based exchange, you may return an eligible product under this policy and place a new order separately.

For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, we may provide a replacement product or replacement parts when available.

When a suitable replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be issued instead.


12. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will attempt to cancel an order when:

  • The request is received before fulfillment begins
  • The order has not been transferred to a supplier or shipping facility
  • A shipping label or shipment has not already been processed

Cancellation is not confirmed until PlayRange provides written confirmation.

Because some orders enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation even when a request is submitted shortly after purchase.

If an order cannot be canceled, the customer may request a return after delivery if the product qualifies under this policy.

Orders that cannot be shipped within the applicable promised period will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including any required notice, consent to delay, cancellation, or refund.


13. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Address-change requests should be submitted immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment or shipment processing has begun.

PlayRange is responsible for correcting an address when the error was caused by PlayRange.


14. Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

A package may be returned to the sender because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the shipment
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • An address that the carrier cannot access or verify

After the package is returned and inspected, we may offer:

  • Reshipment after payment of applicable shipping costs
  • A refund of the eligible product amount
  • Another reasonable resolution

Original shipping charges and carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund when the delivery failure resulted from information or actions attributable to the customer and when such a deduction is permitted by law.

No deduction will be made when the delivery failure resulted from an error attributable to PlayRange.


15. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check the delivery location, mailbox, building entrance, reception area, and surrounding property.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff whether they accepted the package.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier and request delivery details.
  4. Contact PlayRange with your order number and any carrier case or reference number.

We will review the tracking information and assist with an appropriate investigation where possible. A carrier’s delivery scan will be considered together with the available order, address, and delivery information rather than treated as the sole basis for resolving every claim.

Customers must not knowingly submit false claims regarding missing or undelivered packages.


16. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be offered when appropriate, including when:

  • A minor issue does not prevent normal use
  • A replacement component resolves the issue
  • The customer agrees to keep a product with a verified cosmetic defect
  • A returned product is incomplete or has lost value through customer-caused damage
  • Only part of a multi-item order qualifies for a refund

A partial refund will not be issued without informing the customer of the proposed resolution.

Nothing in this section limits remedies required under applicable law.


17. Sale and Promotional Products

Unless clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase, sale and promotional products remain subject to the standard eligibility requirements in this policy.

A discount alone does not automatically make a product non-returnable.

Final Sale status does not remove rights that apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products under applicable law.


18. International Returns

When PlayRange accepts an order for delivery outside the United States:

  • The customer may be responsible for international return shipping on change-of-mind returns
  • Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees paid to government agencies or third parties may not be refundable by PlayRange
  • International returns must follow the instructions provided by our customer support team
  • Customers should not return an international order without first receiving the correct return address

If an international return results from an error attributable to PlayRange, we will provide an appropriate resolution consistent with this policy and applicable law.


19. Payment Disputes

Please contact PlayRange before opening a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Opening a payment dispute does not remove either party’s rights. However, once a dispute has been opened, the payment provider may control the review process and timing.

PlayRange may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including order confirmation, customer communications, tracking details, delivery evidence, and refund records.


20. Policy Abuse and Fraudulent Returns

PlayRange may reject a return or take other appropriate action when there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Returning a different product from the one purchased
  • Removing or replacing parts before returning a product
  • Falsifying damage or nondelivery claims
  • Repeatedly abusing return procedures
  • Using false order or identity information

Any decision will be based on the available evidence and applied consistently with applicable law.


21. Changes to This Policy

PlayRange may update this policy to reflect changes in operations, products, payment services, shipping arrangements, or legal requirements.

The version displayed on playrange.us at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order, except where a later change is required by law or provides more favorable terms to the customer.
